barb, came to my house willing to represent me,when dr. karl schwartz made two surgical mistakes, which almost resulted in my death, at first i did not want to file a suit, barb talked to my husband and i and told us we have a good case,we trusted her with everything we had, we had never gone through... anything like this before in our lives, in short-- THE CASE TOOK 10 YEARS TO GO TO COURT, way to long, the worst 10 years of our lives, we spent all of our saving, during that time i realy wanted to ask barb if she know what she was doing??? at first she was ok, never having a lawyer i did not know what to except,but after about 2 years, it seemed like she never called us back, she wanted me to call some witness, she hardly ever returned our phone calls, she lost my tapes of dr. schartz blaming other doctors,which would of won my case, when she was leaving to go to va. she called and just said i have to find another lawyer, i just could not believe it!!!! and when i repeat i found a lawyer she wanted half if we would of won the case, it seemed like all she was worried about was the high profile cases in which she could make a name for herself. the lawyer i found told me we could of sued her, but i had no more money. i asked her family members if get a hold of her, i just wanted to ask her why and did she ever have a mediclal malpractice case before? or was mine the first??, they new what she had done and they would not give me her phone number, it was very hard as sick as i was and we trusted her with everything, one of her family members, did tell me she wanted to tell me so bad that barb was screwing me but she did not have the heart to do , i could go on but why??? plain and simple barb screwed me and she knows it, this has been on my mind since 2006 and i just had to say my peace, thank you for letting me share this with you
