Unprofessional, rude, belligerent.

I was terminated from my job and due to a paperwork error by my former employer my UIA benefits were paid to the wrong state. This held up my claim to the point where I ran out of money, was evicted from my apartment and had only the pro-bono lawyers to turn to for assistance. Anthonette called me 4 ...days after me contacting the agency for help (4/30/18) and 2 days after my eviction and (5/2/18). During an eviction you can ONLY take essentials and you have 20 minutes to gather yourself and what they deem essential, all of this is done with bailifs pointing a gun at you. Needless to say, I was not allowed to get my paperwork. When she called me I did my best to politely explain my situation to her. Her tone (which was already impatient and nasty) switched to complete belligerence. She did not seem to care about anything I had experienced during the preceeding week, was unwilling to assist me in rescheduling (I realize their time is limited, and public resources are strained... so I had no unrealistic expectations, and tried my dead level best to be polite, helpful and patient. ALL to no avail) she then snapped at me, insulted my intelligence by talking slow and overpronouncing each syllable. Insinuating that I'm slow or hard of hearing. I then told her I understood her, and didn't need the condescension. This is when she came COMPLETELY unglued and began a verbal tirade that would make a sailor blush. At this point I asked her if I could speak to someone else. She screamed (and I quote) "NO, WE ARE NOT DOING THIS. YOU'VE GOT MEEEEEEEE!" At this point she hung up the phone. As I tried to make sense of what had just happened my partner and my saintly friend that has allowed us to sleep in his living room stared at me... They both (nearly in unison) said "what just happened"... The worst part about this is I'm now basically stuck, without legal aid and my time to appeal is ticking away. I have no idea how to proceed at this point, I have $0.22 in my checking account, no home, no interviews coming up and I don't even know how I can get my stuff, my dog, my life back to my parents house 300+ miles away. I did absolutely nothing to this woman, was as polite, helpful and accomidating as I could be (and quickly so she could move on and help someone else)... I did not deserve to be treated like this. The state should look into using someone else and I feel sorry for the next person she called.
