Zachary Ryan Lynn

My wife and I used Zach for the purchase of our first home. The first house we placed a bid on was a short sale and Zach explained the process to us and was the squeaky wheel to the other side when need be to speed things along (as much as possible). Zach seemed knowledgeable about the whole process.... This was a short sale then ending up falling through as can happen. For the second home we placed a bid on Zach was again responsive and contacted the client when necessary to move things along. This was a flip and Zach made sure the necessary documentation was filled out by both sides. Overall I felt comfortable asking Zach questions and he seemed like he had encountered all the different situations my wife and I threw at him. It was a nice experience working with Zach. I would work with him again and would recommend him to others.
