I have worked at The Law Offices of Kameli and Associates since 2020, representing clients in a broad range of legal issues, including significant work in the areas of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency. I have extensive experience helping clients navigate the complex landscape of U.S. tax law, securities regulations, corporate finance.

I represent clients throughout all stages of a contract, including drafting agreements, negotiating terms, resolving disputes, and obtaining remuneration for their clients when the agreement has been breached. I also have substantial experience in general corporate matters where I leverage my understanding of tax law, securities regulations, and corporate finance to provide my clients with solutions tailored to achieve their specific requirements.

Additionally, I regularly counsel clients on the various U.S. and international information reporting and withholding requirements helping them understand and comply with obligations such as FBAR, FATCA, and income tax withholding.
