You must get a lawyer. Class A misdemeanor. Up to 365 days in jail and a $2,500 fine. Aggravated speeding. Need lawyer to reduce it.
What party is responsible for paying for the interpreter for a deposition?

You need to complete a police report. As long as there is insurance that covers you, you’re okay.
Their insurance should cover you for this....

It’s their fault so their carrier should take care of it. The status of your insurance is irrelevant.

Yes, you can be sued if someone falls on your property. They would have the burden of proving that you created or allowed a dangerous condition...
