Talk to her so you can resolve this. Suing will be a giant waste of time and money plus you're in danger of being forced to pay the entire balance...

You must appear in court and probably should get a lawyer to assist you so you're sure of the process. Remember court is adversarial.

Appeals must be filed in a much shorter time, assuming this is a final and appealable order.
Ask the lawyer if this is a choice at this point.

You should coordinate ownership with your estate planning and business planning attorney. An LLC might be a better option in the long run.
