What you describe would not be a defense to speeding. Get a lawyer if you wish to challenge it.

You can sue her but you have a tough time proving things with no lease,and valuation difficult. Further, collection will be impossible realistically.

This isn't malpractice. You're responsible for medical charges but can negotiate with the hospital.
