Mr. Gomberg picked up my case at the last minute (literally the last day). A firm in central Illinois had handled it for one year, handling it on Appeal, but which I did 99% of the work on my own case. A week before my final hearing, they notified me they were withdrawing. Based on a 'misunderstan...ding' of their potential recovery - not mine. I, luckily, found Mr. Gomberg in Chicago a few days before the hearing. He heard the facts. Presented a representative notice with the RRB and forcefully and ethically presented my case while I was on a video link from another state. within a week, I received notice from the RRB, I would receive my benefits with back-dating two years. Talk about a Crusader for the Common Man.
