Sean Williams assists debtors, creditors' committees, trustees, and purchasers of assets in bankruptcy and restructuring matters. Sean also has experience in bankruptcy litigation, handling large preference and fraudulent transfer actions, as well as prosecuting claims objections. In addition, Sean assists companies with out-of-court workouts, including refinancing transactions, distressed asset sales, and assignments for the benefit of creditors.
While in law school, Sean was an extern to the Honorable Bruce W. Black (ret.), U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
