Biography
A portion of my litigation and land use practice is devoted to historic preservation. I represent both landowners and preservation advocates. I also teach historic presrvation law in the graduate masters degree program at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and at the Univrsity of Chicago Law School.
My practice also includes eminent domain and condemnation. I have represented both property owners and municipalites in dozens of court cases.
