Paul Ciesielski

When people find themselves in need of help navigating the at-times complicated area of personal injury law, attorney Paul Ciesielski is dedicated to providing that assistance. He recognizes that not everyone knows what to do following a Chicago car accident, truck crash, health care error, or another incident. He is passionate about helping clients deal with their trauma by walking them through the legal process step-by-step, and by providing aggressive representation when necessary.

Paul attended John Marshall Law School (JMLS) in Chicago, where he gained valuable knowledge, as well as relevant experience outside of the classroom. He worked as a law clerk for two firms, where he prepared various motions, worked on different personal injury matters, shadowed attorneys, and more. This experience laid a strong foundation for his legal career.

In addition to his work as a clerk, Paul volunteered at JMLS Veterans Legal Support Center & Clinic. Here, he assisted veterans with Benefit Claims Appeals and Discharge Upgrades. Often, those he helped were suffering from health issues related to their service, and they needed an advocate who would assist them in navigating the legal process. The veterans he helped at the JMLS Center & Clinic are much like the clients he aids at Staver Accident Injury Lawyers, P.C. – they have all suffered some sort of harm, don’t know what to do, and need someone to help them with the complex issues that arise in Chicago personal injury cases.
