The Houdini Attorney
I spoken to Mark Kupiec about my situation, sent him documentation about it, thinking he would be able to assist in a zoning matter. Rather than be professional and just communicate he cannot take on the case for whatever reason he decided to ghost. If this is how he responds on a prospective case...
