Louis H. Levinson

Louis Levinson has focused his practice on residential and commercial real estate transactions.  He has also been engaged in the general practice of law including business transactions, residential and commercial leases, probate, wills, and trusts.  His objective is to ensure that his clients receive personal representation of the highest quality and integrity.

While representing and advising his clients throughout a real estate purchase or sale, Louis does not lose sight of his client's primary goal—closing the transaction.  To that end, Louis stays in constant communication with his client, his client's real estate broker, mortgage lender, and the attorney for the other party to the transaction to make sure every detail is addressed and agreement is reached between the parties in a timely fashion.

Louis is highly regarded in the real estate community.  As a result, many of his clients are referred from the top producing real estate agents in the Chicagoland area.  For the past 34 years Louis has built his successful practice on the repeat business and referrals from his satisfied clients, their families, friends, and co-workers.
