Resolution of IDFPR Issue

Was referred to Ms. Walanka by a friend who is an attorney in another practice area. I was very happy with the outcome of the informal hearing. Ms. Walanka prepared well for the informal hearing by generating folders for everyone at the meeting that profiled my experience, provided sample reports, p...ublished articles etc to define my past work. This provided help in rapidly resolving my issue. I am grateful for the representation.

Great representation

Lillian represented me in an unfounded action against my IL medical training license. I had initially chosen another lawyer whom I initially connected with and seemed very passionate about my case but soon came to realize that I needed to find new legal representation, an attorney that had a differen...t vantage point and organizational skills to successfully litigate my case since it was now going to trial. When this latter part became apparent, I contacted Lillian as she had been among my top choices initially due to her significant experience with the IDFPR and representing medical professionals. I explained what had transpired in my case and that I felt I needed new representation. She listened very thoroughly and asked thoughtful questions. She made it clear she believed in me and my case but did not make grand claims that the case should and would be thrown out as my previous attorney had indicated. She explained what she thought was the context of my case and why my case was being pursued when historically it would not have been. Lillian helped me navigate and understand the legal process, what to expect with the trial and the timeline of events and how things may unfold and most importantly here strategy. She took the time to get to know me as a person and my case from every angle and ultimately the case settled completely in our favor. The process took longer than I expected and ultimately was very costly due to not hiring her in the first place. Throughout the process, she was calm, assertive, meticulous, and my best advocate. She checked in on me and gave me appropriate and timely updates and at one point even answered my call while she was on vacation to have a discussion about questions I had. I am extremely thankful to her and her team. My only regret was not choosing her in the first place.

Amazing

I don't understand the above review at all. Lillian Walanka is amazing in so many ways! She is truly expert in working with IDFPR, and DEA as well. She knows the people who work at the agency and can give personalized advice about how to work with them, as well as tell some amusing anecdotes. Lillian... is warm and compassionate, and has been very understanding when I would break down over the chaos IDFPR and DEA have made of my life. She and I have been working together for five years now, trying to make some sense of the insane demands of IDFPR and DEA, and she has never wavered in being my constant and true advocate. She has also been extremely sympathetic of the financial devastation inflicted on me by these agencies. Further, when I had an unrelated legal concern she went out of her way to find me legal representation for that. I would recommend Lillian Walanka unreservedly to any health care professional who's having difficulty with the egregious problems that regulatory agencies can inflict on us.

Actively malicious enough for lawsuit

I hired the attorney for an open and shut falsification filing. She refused to as much as cooperate with my need to earn a living in the interim around a large damage infliction by a filer I had disengaged forcibly months earlier. She has forced direct IDFPR contact refusing to cooperate with prote...ction from the violently endangering financial damage infliction targeting income destruction in large amounts with perjury by a business operating something they have been in trouble for before about fraud about their entire business to shortly before I dropped them, in another country as new to this one. She has walked off when IDFPR required I be given additional time to not continue the cartoon like income destruction damages in the response phase. She has forced large contact with IDFPR refusing to do so, walked off, and has resultedin IDFPR removing my right to have an attorney entirely because both require I not work at all until they are done doing this to my projections from perjury fraud. I am already going to have to sue Walanka for my entire livelihood and the huge damage infliction directed at wiping out what i have as roughly elderly close to retirement age.
