Without a physician to back you up, Illinois law makes it extremely difficult to pursue a case.

If you make a payment, the bank is required to accept it. You do not need a lawyer if you make payment to the attorney for the bank.

You will have to file an action to quiet title if the creditor refuses to remove the judgment from the chain of title.
