Jennifer M. Cohen is a partner at Kalcheim Haber, LLC, having started her career as a law clerk for the founding partner, Michael A. Haber, in 2004. Ms. Cohen emphasizes her practice in the area of family law, including pre-nuptial agreements, pre and post-dissolution of marriage cases, allocation of parental responsibilities and parenting time, paternity matters, adoption proceedings and appeals. In addition to her concentration in family law matters, Ms. Cohen also represents individuals and business entities in real estate transactions, probate and estate transactions, corporate and other business transactions and civil litigation. Her well-rounded practice allows her the ability to offer her clients the highest level of versatility and professionalism. Though an experienced and skilled litigator, she can develop innovative solutions to amicably settle cases outside of the courtroom.
