My experience working with Hugo exceeded all of my expectations. We contacted Hugo near the final step of my EB2 Visa application. He was very helpful and professional. He was very clear about exactly what was needed and walked us through every step of designing and packaging our application in a way... that gave us the best chance of success. There are so many minor details that only someone with experience and knowledge would know, and each of those details could be a reason for the USCIS to deny the application. There were many parts of the application (more than I can remember or count) that needed expertise far beyond ours. For example, he helped us draft the letters of explanation in the exact style that the immigration agents want in order to give us the best chance of getting approved - something only an expert would know. Hugo was always available throughout the entire process, both by phone and in person. He made it easy to understand what was needed and was efficient in providing everything in a timely manner that allowed us to complete the process as quickly as possible. But his assistance didn't end after the application was filed. He monitored and informed us of the progress of our application at every step and was there to explain what each result meant. At one point, the application was returned with a request for more information. Without Hugo's guidance, we never would have known the right way to proceed and the right information to provide to allow our application process to continue and be approved. Hiring an attorney costs money and by the end of the process, I did owe a significant amount of money. But I owe Hugo much more than just money. Because of his assistance, I am a permanent resident of the United States and will soon become an American citizen. My daughter will grow up with opportunities she never would have had in my home country. My wife recently battled breast cancer and we were able to receive the best care and treatment available. I owe Hugo so much and I am grateful for what he did for me and my family as an attorney and as a caring person who truly wants to help immigrants of this country. If you are looking for an attorney to help with your immigration application and want someone who will pour his heart into it and give you the best chance of success, I cannot state strongly enough my recommendation for Hugo Rojas.

Attorney Hugo was hired by my company to do the following- transfer my H1B, file my Labor Cert. and I140 in EB2 category, then later to renew the H1 B, file I140 in EB1 category and then the final I485.
