David S. Klevatt

This case is specific to Freight/Logistics (Cargo) law. My wife and I sold a 10 year business interest to a larger freight competitor September 2015. I was referred to David Klevatt Fall of 2015, and he assisted my wife and I with a legal buyout of our 10 year privately held freight company. T...his was a 3 year buyout, no issues until 7 weeks ago. Mr. Klevatt had not heard from us for nearly 2 years yet he graciously responded to our concerns, no charge. Originally we both concluded the new terms would be amicable. Negotiations, while still friendly, were of a concern. So called Mr. Klevatt again last Thursday just before the extended Labor Day weekend. Again he immediately responded. He reviewed our issue yesterday, and after his full schedule today, contacted us at 4 PM Central and is now addressing issues to give us a better legal position with the original buyers of our company. Not only has Mr. Klevatt been fair and gracious with his time and immediate responses, he has arranged his schedule during a short work week. We are not a retainer clients, he only knows me from friend's referral, and we have never met face to face.
