Brendan Davis

I, with my son, hired Brendan Davis on October 29, 2020 to represent us for help with visitation for for my granddaughter. My son found the office and I paid to start the paternity process. I had to call several times to get any updates on the progress of the case and also to know when our next payme...ntwould be due. I texted him on Nov 4th, no response then again on Nov 11th, no response. Finally on Dec 3rd, after reaching out several more times, I received a call from the attorney's office from a young lady who said she was working with him and was giving me an update. I was very grateful for any response because we have not been able to see 'the child' since August. I understood that with covid the court process would be slow so we knew not to except anything until after Christmas. So, after Christmas I began to reach out again. No response! Finally on Jan 4th, I reached out to the office and was able to have a conversation with another attorney, whom was very nice, and listened as I explained a new situation in our situation. I asked about Brendan, and to my surprise he is practicing in FLORIDA now!! No warnings, no alerts, nothing!! I guess he just took our money,, turned the case over to someone else and moved!!! We are still waiting. This is very unprofessional and I will be looking into other legal answers regarding this situation and this law office.
