I am the Principal Attorney of Hitik Law, a boutique, award-winning law firm in downtown Chicago. I have over 14 years of legal expertise in business and international law. I am passionate about serving my clients and getting the results they need. With a unique background in commercial litigation and business transactions in the US, as well as extensive experience in international law, I offer a dynamic and valuable skillset in helping US-based individuals and lawyers with cross-border matters. I serve as an Assistant Legal Officer at The Hague Conference on Private International Law, the international organization responsible for the drafting and administration of Hague Conventions. I served on the International Council for Commercial Arbitration and on the editorial board of The ICSID Review, the world's leading journal of international investment law. I recently became an Academic Affiliate of the University of Michigan Law School.
