I am a shareholder in and the Practice Area Leader of the Health and Association Law Practice Area of Vedder, Price, P.C. with offices in Chicago, New York City and Washington, D.C.. I have served as corporate counsel to health care systems, hospitals, physician groups, home health organizations, provider networks, and managed care organizations. I provide counsel regarding corporate and regulatory issues confronted by providers and other organizations operating in the health care industry.

I am an adjunct professor at Northwestern University School of Law teaching a full credit course entitled "Health Law Organizations and Transactions".
I am also a trained mediator and arbitrator and am listed on the panel of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Service of the American Health Lawyers Association.
I serve as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Chicago Academy for the Arts and as a member of the boards of Smart Love Parenting Centers and Breath of Life Foundation.
I am also a member of the University Club of Chicago and Evanston Golf Club
