For the past 10 years, I have represented financial institutions and have handled thousands of foreclosures, both commercial and residential. My practice is centered around banking and real estate law, advising clients in matters involving commercial and residential foreclosure litigation, building court violations, fraud, real estate title claims, lien prioritiy disputes, tax deeds and collection matters. In addition to financial institutions, I represent individuals in tax deed defense and indemnity matters. My firm further handles corporate law matters, closings, both commercial and residential, leasing transactions, evictions and a variety of other general matters.
