Biography
Matthew Basinger has a bachelor of science degree from Ohio University and a law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He started his career as an assistant prosecuting attorney outside of Cleveland and moved into private practice there before moving to Chicago in 2005 to concentrate in the personal injury field. He joined Donald A. Shapiro, Ltd. in 2007 and became a partner in 2012. In 2019 the firm was renamed Shapiro, Cohen & Basinger, Ltd.

Grateful
