Jonathan did a great job representing us in the sale and purchase of our homes. He worked hard and was persistent in representing us and all of our needs, overcoming several obstacles to bring us to closing. Jonathan was fantastic w/ his communication and explaining all the details that go along w/ buying a new construction property. He worked dil...igently w/ the developers attorneys to ensure everything that was promised from the developer was delivered. Jonathan was very timely and personable in his responses. He was very helpful in dealing with buying a bank owned property-which is confusing and time-consuming. He was persistent in repeatedly contacting the sellers when they weren't responding. When closing time finally came, he was very patient... and thoroughly explained everything to us. We also enjoyed his company while waiting an exceptionally long time for the sellers to complete their end of the closing!
