Jonathan represented me for my first home purchase. He educated me all aspects of purchase very patiently. Once the transaction entered attorney review, Jonathan did a fantastic job negotiating with the other party and accepting only reasonable conditions. He also stayed on top of buyside mortgage co...mpany/officer so I had nothing to worry about but just show up at the time of closing.
