Jonathan was recommended to me from a friend who used him previously when buying her home. I used Jonathan to purchase my new condo which was new construction. Jonathan was fantastic w/ his communication and explaining all the details that go along w/ buying a new construction property. He worked dil...igently w/ the developers attorneys to ensure everything that was promised from the developer was delivered. Jonathan was very pleasant to work with and was very patient and detailed when walking through all the documentation at closing. I would recommend Jonathan to any one of my friends purchasing a new home.

Jonathan was very timely and personable in his responses. He was very helpful in dealing with buying a bank owned property-which is confusing and time-consuming. He was persistent in repeatedly contacting the sellers when they weren't responding. When closing time finally came, he was very patient... and thoroughly explained everything to us. We also enjoyed his company while waiting an exceptionally long time for the sellers to complete their end of the closing!

Jonathan is straight to the point, keeps you informed, and explains everything to you in simple terms. He's been praciticing for awhile and it shows. He actually cares about his clients and wants to make sure they are getting what it says they are getting in all those legal documents.
