I have used Jonathan 4 times. He is the only lawyer I will use for real estate. His best attribute is the ability to get his client through a tough situation. He clearly explains the problem, gives advice, and effectively manages the other lawyer and real estate agents to help close the deal. Respons...iveness is his next best attribute. Every email is responded to in a matter of minutes, paperwork is drawn up quickly, and he picks up every phone call.

Jonathan was simply outstanding to work with during my recent condo purchase. He was extremely responsive and on top of things, and I especially appreciated his ability to roll with last-minute changes and delays that arose. I felt like I could trust him right from the start, and he served as a con...fidant and reliable advisor throughout the process. Jonathan was an excellent attorney during the process of buying our first home. He explained everything in simple terms, and even with a touch of humor.
