Jonathan was recommended to us to handle the sale of our Oak park home. Altho in retrospect everything went well, we were not quite sure about some of the issues the buyers raised and we had questions and concerns as we went through the process (we had not had a real estate transaction in over 30 ye...ars). Jonathan was extremely responsive (e-mails at 5 AM) and had a sense of humor which helped relieve my tension. It was unnecessary for us to be at the closing, and that was fine with us. We moved a couple of days prior to the final walk thru and he handled everything at the closing.
