Jonathan was incredibly helpful with my short-sale. I had obtained the services of another attorney during a previous attempt and they really never pushed the bank to cooperate. As such, that short-sale fell through dramatically. But with Jonathan's assistance during a second short-sale attempt, he p...ressed the bank to stay on task, to negotiate and even obtained two extensions from my lender (who was playing hardball with us). He is a shark in the best meaning of the term, as in a shark for his clients. He was tenacious, determined and dogged; consistently giving me honest advice and pressing the bank to keep at the negotiating table. Never once did I get that "lawyer feeling": what is he really doing and did I make a bad call hiring him. Instead, I felt confident, informed and represented.
