As fist-time home buyers, we would highly recommend Jonathan. He made the process a breeze. He was professional, thorough, extremely knowledgable, and took the time to explain anything we didn't understand. He is also extremely responsive. Every email we sent (which were many!) was responded to in... 5-10 minutes, which is beyond incredible! At closing, Jonathan was again very thorough and explained every piece of paperwork. If you're a fist-time home buyer, or a repeat buyer/seller and looking for a new attorney, you won't be disappointed with Jonathan. We'll definitely be using him again in the future!

I would absolutely recommend Jonathan as a real estate attorney. As a first time buyer, my real estate experience is limited. However, Jonathan came highly recommended from several other advisors and lived up to his reputation. He was responsive, professional and proactive leading to a seamless ...process up to and including closing. He took care of details, was always early and kept clear lines of communication. Comparing this with the others I encountered while both searching for legal representation and working with attorneys on the opposite side of the table, Jonathan certainly stood out and validated the decision to work with him.
