My wife and I purchased our first home and we're lucky to have Jonathan on our side; not only at the closing table but throughout the entire negotiation process. We were new to this process and Jonathan didn't make us feel like we were annoying with all our questions; he actually encouraged us to ask... as many questions as we wanted.
