Jonathan represented us for both the sale of our condo and purchase of a new construction condo. I can't say enough GREAT things about him and his service. Jonathan was recommended to us to handle the sale of our Oak park home. Altho in retrospect everything went well, we were not quite sure about some of the issues the buyers raised and we had questions and concerns as we went through the process (we had not had a real estate transaction in over 30 ye...ars). Jonathan was extremely responsive (e-mails at 5 AM) and had a sense of humor which helped relieve my tension. It was unnecessary for us to be at the closing, and that was fine with us. We moved a couple of days prior to the final walk thru and he handled everything at the closing. Even tho our closing had few issues, we really appreciated knowing Jonathan was there and responsive to those that did arise during the sale process!

I've worked with Aven Law (Jonathan) twice now in two very different situations. He provided very sound advice and perspective when i was facing foreclosure in Cook County. Then, he helped me close on a home (4 years after foreclosure) in exactly a month (despite everyone telling me it was impossib...le). Great support. Super responsive.
