Erin Wright Lothson

Ms. Lothson litigates unfair competition, trademark, copyright, trade-dress, anti-counterfeiting/unauthorized distribution and domain name cases. She also has experience in protecting proprietary rights on the Internet and domestic and foreign domain name disputes.

In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Lothson counsels clients on brand clearance, pre-litigation policing programs, trademark prosecution and intellectual property portfolio management. Her practice includes the acquisition, maintenance, licensing, enforcement and transfer of intellectual property with an emphasis on the selection and clearance of trademarks. She also has extensive experience in social media counseling with an emphasis on best practices and solutions in response to clients' most commonly confronted social media-related issues.
