Incredibly Thorough and Professional

I have the utmost confidence Don was the right man to serve as our attorney on our last investment property purchase. Our seller was near bankruptcy and ready to walk away when Don stepped in and talked them back from the ledge to complete our purchase. On our next purchase, Don was willing to hop on... the phone free of charge to advise us on simplifying our closing strategy. We made this purchase in another state, otherwise we absolutely would have worked with him again.

Top Notch!

Don and his team are top notch. I’ve done several real estate deals with them - always very responsive, communicative, and supportive. They guide you through the process from start to close. I highly recommend

Great Experience on the Buyer and Seller Sides

Don & his team were great to work with for our home purchase and subsequently on the seller side when we then sold our condo. They were responsive, incredibly helpful and made the process so easy for us - they explained everything we needed to know, answered our questions and ensured both transaction...s went smoothly. Highly reccomend Don and his team!

Real estate transaction

Don and his team handled my real estate (condo) closing in 2019. My questions and concerns were always handled in a timely, professional manner. The team made the transaction very easy and simple for me. The closing fees were very reasonable. I highly recommend Don and his firm.
