Don was a huge asset when we bought our new construction home in the suburbs. Don and his firm helped us through the closing process in July 2020. Because of the issues with our bank and finalizing the closing disclosure, we had to keep delaying the closing. We finally got it the day before and Don got us onto their already full closing day the next day. He personally did o...ur closing. He was extremely helpful with the paperwork and very efficient. Overall a great experience!

Don was a phenomenal guide throughout our transaction closing process. Very responsive at all times during the day. Superbly helped us navigate some hairy situations after went under contract during the attorney review period. We were actually able to close ahead of schedule in large part due to how ...prepared Don was. I would definitely utilize his services/expertise again.
