I hired Donald and his team to help with closing on a new condo in Chicago. There was a relocation company involved, so my closing was far more difficult than a standard closing. Donald's team had a lot of extra work negotiating since escrow was not allowed. One week after I closed, the city of Ch...icago bumped my property taxes by 587%. This was going to be a large added expense, but Donald used his relationships to get the sellers to cover their portion of the tax increase. I highly recommend Donald and his team!
