was given her info from another person at my place of work, I've spoken with her twice and she was fine in saing she would look into the case...Since then several text messages and information was sent to her about the case. she has told me she would contact me back later in the day thru texting....b...ut she will never get back to you and after at least 15 calls to her office or her personal phone number she has made it clear she has no intent of following up with my case, which is an easy slam dunk in my opinion. However due to wasted time its making things very difficult and has caused now a financial burden as time wasted I could have obtained another attorney and been in a better place in my case being handled. Don't know how she's going to be a Judge if she cant answer simple clients phone calls and be forward with answers; Shows a total lack of integrity dealing with the public.

Our case was totally mismanaged by her and her firm. Ms. Baumann was often late for depositions, cancelled appointments , and very ill-prepared. We had to change lawyers in the middle of our case! Our records, obtained with personal funds, with sensitive information were either lost or misfiled in th...eir disorganized office. She seemed more interested in running for judge than taking care of clients' cases.
