Orders are Orders and you have to comply. If you want to change the named counselor, then file the appropriate Motion. You should have a lawyer...

At her age, a court should consider her wishes. It's part of the statute. Call a lawyer and get the appropriate Petition on file.

Yes, it's normal. If you object to the continuance, then tell him so. He'll have to file a Motion and you can explain. To the judge why you object.

The recipient of child support does not have to account for how he/she spends the money.
