I think that's an awful recommendation. If you have a lawyer, you need to consult with him/her. If you don't have a lawyer, get one asap.

Child support will end, but you will probably have to contribute towards college expenses.

I'm on disability and getting a divorce. We're getting joint custody so I don't get child support but I would be alimony.

If you don't have a lawyer, you certainly should get one. From what you stated, you're not getting a fair deal. Call a lawyer and get some advice.
How long can someone claim residency after moving out even with their name on the mortgage? And what law says it?

You will pay 20% of net per child. Mom A gets 20% of your net and mom B gets 20% of the remainder of your net.
