I had to call him and tell him that a verbal hearing had been scheduled,he new nothing about it nor did he care.I made 2 trips from Denver to Chicago that he suggested,the first time he accepted a postponement hearing after we had arrived for a scheduled hearing costing us a night in Chicago for NO R...EASON.The next hearing date was useless as well,he's more concerned with assisting the opposing Atty. than who he is representing.PLEASE DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE IN SELECTING AN ATTY. TO REPRESENT YOU THIS ONE IS SLEEPING WITH THE ENEMY PLUS.I waited nearly 5 years for my settlement,after a serious neck surgery and received an insulting award for my pain.They cut off my payments early for which he did nothing to appeal.I lost my home because of that.DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS POOR POOR EXCUSE OF REPRESENTATION .How he continues to practice is beyond me,save yourself the grief that I experienced.

Dave menchetti finds a way to make it seem like he knows hes nothing but in reality he talks over you, gives you an attitude and make it seems like he's done everything he could when in reality he's done nothing but work with the other lawyers to make sure he's taken care of. he does not keep you inf...ormed about your case I had to call in multiple times for info and i got no answers from him. I went 4 months without hearing from him I've gotten more information from my doctors than I did from him. he doesn't call you instead he sends you a letter through the mail. he refuses to meet with me on multiple occasions I never meet him. did not fight for me to get paid from workers comp, he did not fight for me to get treatment, now if I go to another lawyer he still gets paid for doing nothing. He is a sorry limitation of the lawyer and I wouldn't recommend him to my enemies. if I could sue him I will. years have gone by and he's done nothing for me
