Christian Collin is an excellent divorce attorney. I retained Christian two years ago to handle my divorce. Before retaining Christian, I researched local divorce attorneys and met with or spoke to several. I chose Christian because of his credentials and experience and because Christian seemed very ...intelligent and knowledgeable in his field. Although my case is still in a relatively early stage (mostly because of the COVID situation), I have been very happy with the results Christian has achieved for me so far. A year and a half ago, I had to move out of the marital home because of my wife’s abusive behavior. Christian then filed a petition for my wife to pay me monthly maintenance, which the court granted. When my wife persisted in being late in making the maintenance payments, Christian filed a petition to hold her in contempt, which the court also granted. Since then, she has paid on time. Recently, Christian convinced the court to order my wife to pay my attorney’s fees going forward. I have been very impressed with how Christian handles himself in court. He is calm, well-spoken, and respectful of the judge. We are now approaching the stage of proceedings that involves further discovery, such as depositions of the parties and witnesses, and identification and division of martial assets.
