Foreclosure defense. Some people want to keep their home. Some people want to sell their home and not owe any money to the bank after the sale. Some people want to reduce what they owe on their home. Some people want to protect their credit. some people want to get out of all of their debt. These are what I help people with. I am not expensive. You can afford at least some of my services, since some don't cost you anything.

A lot of what I do now is helping people to reduce what they owe on their home. A lot of that involves getting out of the home they are in, while protecting their credit so that they will qualify to buy a home just like it, or an even better one, at today's prices. I continue to also do traditional real estate transactions, helping people to buy and sell properties economically and with financial safety.

Since I don't do only bankruptcy, I don't need to talk every client into filing bankruptcy in order to earn my living. Some people stand out as god candidates for bankruptcy, and others think they need it, but actually they are better off without filing bankruptcy. Be careful not to file a chapter 13 bankruptcy, thinking that it will save your home. Very often, it won't. There are often better alternatives.
