Sally did not meet my expectations in many ways. She failed to find out information that was important to my case. She did not communicate well with me which led to wasted time & money. She then basically scolded me for wanting clarification. Her lack of professionalism was also a problem, for examp...le she talked down to me. And in the end, she was not reasonable with my bill.

Honestly, I hardly write reviews but Sally McClellan deserves a great one! My journey with Sally started back in April of this year and today was when she finalized my post-divorce case; seeing her in court today, gave me confidence that the end result will be favorable to us and…I was right! She e...xceeded my expectations and I was very impressed how hard she fought for me! Three years ago, I filed for a divorce and my divorce process was terrible, emotionally draining and stressful. I was represented by another attorney and I felt like I was just another number. After I retained my attorney, my case was pushed to another attorney, then another attorney, in total I think I ended up with four attorneys from beginning to end. I felt like my case was pushed around and even at the end, I did not get what I deserved. After two long years, my case was finalized but my experience with lawyers was shut. I was relieved I was divorced but unhappy how my case was handled. I thought lawyers are paper pushers and did not care about their clients, just their pockets. Sally changed all that and I am very thankful I found her!!! Only after a year and a half after my divorce was final, my ex-husband was in contempt of the original divorce decree on multiple counts! I was devastated and the last thing I wanted to do is to hire a lawyer due to my past experiences; I was scared about being stressed again, the cost, pretty much everything but deep down inside I knew I needed attorney’s help, it was just a matter of when. After sharing this with my boyfriend (now fiancé), he reassured me that everything will be ok and I just need to talk to Sally McClellan. Initially, I saw Sally for a consultation on how to represent myself but right from the beginning she struck me as a caring and compassionate professional who truly wanted to help me! A couple weeks later, I hired Sally and I do not regret it at all to this day! I remember my fears faded as I was talking to Sally and my gut was telling me I was in good hands. Sally from the beginning was very through and at today’s court hearing she did not disappoint me either! She was very professional, strategic and knew how to respond to the opposing attorney! Unlike my previous lawyers from a multi-attorney firm, Sally immediately recognized my ex-husband’s personality issues (manipulative, aggressive, controlling) and addressed them in a very professional way. Thanks to Sally, I have telephone contact with my children, a much more efficient communication through Our Family Wizard, and much more! All in all, Sally went above and beyond for me even though she did not have to. Sally’s responsiveness and knowledge kept me sane during the whole process. During the entire six months, Sally was very engaged and honest with me. Billing was itemized and organized; never had any questions about it. Furthermore, she made a good value of the retainer and the overall cost for her services was FAIR and AFFORDABLE!!! I highly recommend Sally McClellan and I will use her services again if need be. I will recommended her to anybody who needs a good lawyer!!!
