Even though the facts seem tilted in my favor, the team was very diligent in making sure that I understood the legal process, the emotional and financial toll it will take. Numerous times, Monika advised that my spouse and I should come to a...n amicable agreement and especially for the benefit of the children, but my spouse was determined to have a nasty fight and employed a scorched earth policy. The team implemented mitigating strategies to counter falsehoods, lies, dirty tricks and delay tactics such as changing attorneys. The process was ugly and contentious with opposing counsel enabling this nonsense – however my team shielded me from this and had my best interest and stayed the course. The quality of the motion filed, and responses were impeccable, thoughtful, clear, and precise with the supporting legal cases to support our positions. In court the attorneys were professional, briefs were professional, and it was obvious that The Blacha Law firm takes pride in their court preparation and delivery. The fees were affordable for the tremendous amount of work they did and the results. It was also wonderful not having to worry about unethical busy work (non-value add) billing practices, nickel and diming or “generating fees” as compare to my spouses’ legal firms. the end of the day, we won our case and got what we wanted. Monika and her team are customer centric, lends an ear when needed, provide value and delivers results. I got my life back after years of nonsense and stupid shenanigans.. I highly recommend Monika and legal team and be wary of these other “peacock” law firms that have no interest in their clients.
