Mr. Moss saved me considerable cost in handling my first real estate purchase, a contract to build a new home. The changes he added to the contract to build saved me many thousands of dollars, much much more that the fees he charged me. On my second home purchase, a used home purchase, he handled... it very efficiently and professionally. Plus before this home purchase, he got me out of a prior contract to buy a different property when I found out that the home inspection showed items that did not pass inspection, including items that the seller was not willing to repair to my satisfaction.
