Lawyer Annie Yuan was very responsible and communicated promptly. We originally scheduled the closing of the property sale for April 15th, but it was completed earlier on April 11th. Lawyer Wang was also very nice, and even though he was using a cane on the day of closing, he still arrived on time a...t the title transfer company and patiently explained everything. At the time, the seller unexpectedly requested to stay in the to be sold house for an additional two days. He supposed not to do that. Lawyer Wang handled the situation with great tact and diplomacy. He first engaged in a discussion with the opposing lawyer outside the door, and then the opposing lawyer communicated with the seller outside as well. It was a more dignified approach to resolving the matter.
