Christine was great to work with while incorporating my business and made sure all aspects of a new business were addressed. I appreciated all the information she provided on the various options and she was very clear on explaining differences - she even offered insight into matters I wasn't aware o...f. The turn-around time was great - I was incorporated the same day we met and all my agreements, contracts, and federal/state filings were done within a week. Christine mostly works on a set-fee basis and even though she spent two hours explaining options and answering questions, my pre-set fee stayed the same! She works closely with an accounting firm and IT company, which is great for the future for me - I know most of my business needs can be met with one call.
