Replied last March 12, 2025Tanya - I apologize you were unsatisfied with the Judge's recommendations on your case. I made every argument I possibly could regarding your situation and the Judge did not agree with your view. I provided evidence to you of all discovery and calculations, and while I understand you were not happy with how the calculations turned out, I am bound to follow the statutes laid forth in the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act of 2016. Finally - as you well know - I returned all of your remaining trust balance when I withdrew from the case. I wish you the best in the future.
