In 2014 Father filed for Modification of an existing custody order requesting Primary Physical Custody of his 8 year old son. Mother repeatedly alleged that Father and his wife physically and sexually ... abused the child. Mother repeatedly lodged complaints to Human Services Department about father. All complaints were investigated and deemed unfounded. This matter proceeded to trial in Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Family Court Division before a seasoned Judge.
