Replied last April 05, 2018I am sorry you were disappointed with my suggested course of action. In our phone conversation, when I heard about your particular circumstances and learned that you were already represented by a law firm downtown, it was, and is, my opinion that you need to address your questions to the firm you contracted to represent you. When you told me you felt they were not responsive, I suggested contacting an agency that I know would investigate on your behalf and help you to resolve your issues. I am sorry that you are frustrated with the firm you hired to represent you. I did not and do not think there is anything I can do to help you. I am always honest with my clients and potential clients, and if I think I cannot provide the representation you need, I prefer to tell you that as soon as possible. I hope that you find the help you seek.
